I’d like to thank you guys for the way you went about delivering our dream. Your professionalism, hospitality, and generosity were wonderful. The little things are very much appreciated (hotel, advice, dinner etc). And thank you for Rossco! How good is that man? He took me from one who’d rarely been on a yacht, to 3 nights at sea in big winds and seas (while continuously keeping on teaching re passage making, navig’n, radio etc! ). Then , with minimal sleep, had the energy and intuition to give Jo and me a sailing lesson in Pt Stephens, making sure that Jo didn’t get scared off. Finally he managed a Shumack extended family dinner, charming everyone in the process! We look forward to seeing you guys again, and to many happy sailing times with you. Jock and Jo Schumack
Gaye and I would like to thank you all for your care and hospitality during our stay and during the handover of our new Lipari 41. We were very impressed with your professionalism and the quality of the boat from our arrival in Mooloolaba to arriving in Airlie Beach...I would also like to add how impressed we were with Rossco - from his tall stories from a legendary past right through to his professionalism and care shown during the trip. With it being our first experience with night sailing he was very caring of Gaye during what ended up quite a rough trip in the last couple of days (with 35 knot stern winds). Gaye handled it all very well indeed, but with the care of Rossco even better....You have a little gem with Rossco so please thank him for us. Allan and Gaye Gray
Hi Richard and Mark, It is me that needs to congratulate all of you! Throughout this negotiation I have found nothing but impeccable professionalism! You can count on me for referrals and testimonials. Stefano (Salina 48)
Dear Mark, I thought I'd send you a few words about our boat buying experience. Last year (2009) I bought a boat! A catamaran in fact, and I didn't really intend to.....I started making phone calls about boats and there was some interesting industry interaction - some of the dealers were helpful and some just couldn't care unless I was buying today! More phone calls, more dreaming in Boat Trader and eventually a trip to QLD to view a couple of boats. This put us in touch with Mark Elkington of Multihull Solutions at Mooloolaba and I've gotta say I was soon getting impressed with the offers of service, airport pickups, accommodation booking and so on. Still no intention to hand over the cash NOW! However, Elana fell in love with a Lavezzi 40 and so did I. Compared to the service we had received from other catamaran companies we knew we were in the right place. We felt welcome, unpressured and informed with the guys (and girls) from Multihull Solutions. We were so unpressured that - bugger it - we made our own decision at that point. In at the deep end, let's make an offer, and we did. The usual to-ing and fro-ing all made incredibly easy by Mark's professionalism and all of a sudden we owned a big cat! ...but the best was yet to come. In the delivery process I got involved with all the other crew: Nod, Richard, Jane and the rest. They made us feel so welcome even when I knew we were being pains. Nod was AMAZING in the delivery process. EVERY request I had was made to sound so easy to sort out. I had never, ever, ever received service of that quality in my 53 years on this planet. NOTHING was too much trouble, this was incredible fun getting the boat ready for a 3,500k sail home. Only made fun because of the professionalism and incredible will to help from the Multihull Solutions Crew. It could easily have been very far from fun without these guys on our side. If you are in the market for a catamaran, buy whatever you like, but if you don't at least give the Multihull Solutions crew a go you may be getting a very second rate experience. Regards Andy and Elana (Lavezzi 40)
I have always been well looked after by the Multihull Solutions team. They are friendly, have excellent boating knowledge and have always offered outstanding customer service. I can recommend their service to all boating buyers and owners. Barry Costa
Maree and I have talked a lot about our purchase experience with the Lavezzi and we are both delighted with how things have turned out. It is one thing to pay money to obtain a boat, but the actual experience of the purchase is the thing that stays with you.We also loved the factory inspection. Initially I didn’t think that it was necessary, but seeing the way the boat is made has given us a great deal of confidence in the structure and finish of the boat and further involved us in the purchase experience. The continuing support offered (by you, Nod & Paul Mann) has been very important to us – both in the way that we have been involved socially with owners' functions as well as practical support with modifications and questions. Two and a half years later and we are delighted. The boat is heaven to live on, and sails great (we are getting better at it). It looks and smells like a new one.

Hi Richard, Mark, Rossco and Michael,
To be new owner of Mhe 36', Grace and I finally calmed down and want to say something about your service. From start to finish, from commissioning to training, we are extremely pleased with your professional operation. You provided an accurate estimate, quickly got our boat underway, kept us informed of her progress and delivered it in great shape. What's more, Rossco is a very responsible and knowledgeable instructor. We learned a lot from him, had good time and he made our training very enjoyable. Mutihull Solutions is an absolute pleasure to work with. If we are in need again we will definitely call you. We would recommend Mutihull Solutions to our boating friends. Grace & Harry

After dreaming for months and months about a “big” boat that I didn’t think was possible, Elana and I sat down and talked about what was important to us right now. Funny enough a “big” boat would suit both of us in our joint mid life crisis so the looking started in earnest. During this finding out phase I rang A LOT of boat brokers and discovered and interesting theme through the industry. There were a lot of brokers with a short term view and if you didn’t look like a live one then they weren’t real interested. Some wiped me off as soon as I mentioned catamarans (they didn’t have any to sell me). Some wiped me off as soon as I leant towards brands they didn’t sell or like (for whatever reason). This was happening at both the monhull and catamaran stages. I wanted a second hand boat with a price to match and yet have some new boat warranty. IMPOSSIBLE you say! I thought I was dreaming too but that was my ideal situation and I found it! Yes,. I got a two year old boat with 6 months new boat warranty and a further 3 years of hull warranty. How? I was lucky, but I also put it down to doing enough research to know my “ideal” boat market. And then I discovered Multihull Solutions and a fella by the name of Mark Elkington. I could not speak highly enough of the professionalism Mark showed Elana and I. He went out of his way to get us on the boat for a sail, and at this time we had indicated no real move to buy. He spent many many hours answering all our questions and more. I must have been an absolute pain but Mark was extremely patient and the result was we bought our Catamaran in a price range higher than we wanted to go and we are happy as the proverbial pig in sh*t. If you are after a catamaran talk to Mark. Whether you buy from him is up to you but if you ignore Multihull Solutions you do so at your peril, they are VERY helpful. Sounds like an ad but we were very happy with the service, deal and after sales service. I can only call it how I see it. Andy Ireland (Lavezzi 40)
Both my wife and I wish to thank you for your substantial efforts with the sale of our 57ft Marquises particularly during the uncertainty created by the current global financial crisis. We were pleased that you were able to locate a purchaser quickly and that you managed any problems immediately to expedite the sale as soon as possible. Your no-nonsense approach was appreciated and by constantly keeping me in the loop with regards to the selling process I was able to monitor all aspects of the sale with complete ease. This was particularly important due to my current health problems. Please also pass on my regards to Mark and all your office staff who were also courteous and professional at all times. I would have no hesitation in recommending Multihull Solutions brokerage services to anyone looking at selling their yacht as your expertise is second to none in Australia. Roy & Susan Bell (Marquises 57)
