Yacht Sales Executive | Multihull Boat Sales | Phuket, Thailand

Multihull Solutions requires an experienced Yacht Sales Executive to join our market-leading multihull sales team in Asia.

What You’ll Do

  • Day-to-day organisation of our sales offices in southeast Asia, while generating and dealing with leads on both new and pre-owned yachts;
  • Use initiative and passion to generate business with a view towards long-term company growth;
  • Focus on achieving excellent sales  results while enjoying outstanding support from our marketing, administration and finance hub;
  • Travel throughout southeast Asia will be required, as well as occasional trips to international shipyards, boat shows and our other Sales Centres across the Asia Pacific region;
  • Report to the General Manager.

 What to Bring to the Role

  • Experience and proven track record in $1M+ boat sales, along with a strong understanding and passion for multihull sail and power vessels;
  • Managing people and office staff is an advantage;
  • Ability to see the big picture and motivation to work towards company growth;
  • Sailing experience and relevant boat licence/s to conduct sea trials / demonstrations;
  • Excellent presentation and outstanding verbal and written communication skills;
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM database management.


  • The successful applicant will be offered a retainer plus sales commission, company car, an apartment close to the office (if required) and performance-based bonuses.
  • Earnings well in excess of USD$200,000 are achievable by the right applicant and are exceeded regularly by our leading sales people.
