2006 Perry 43 | Water Dragon

This Owner’s version of the renowned Perry 43 Passagemaker has been enjoyed by her current owner sailing as far afield as Noumea, New Caledonia. Water Dragon is now ready for you to cast lines and head straight out into Moreton Bay, New Zealand, New Caledonia, Tahiti, Whitsundays, or wherever you choose to explore.

Ready for sea, there is nothing you need to do other than load up your food supplies to make this boat ready to go (even the fuel tanks are full). Her Volvo D55 engines are in great condition and have just had a full service as well as the get set. Water Dragon’s sails are in perfect condition being only five years old and she has a brand-new Asymmetrical spinnaker, (never been flown) and will take you wherever you want to go at 10 plus knots all day long.

This yacht sails fast and is easily managed. Her accommodation comprises three cabins to sleep six people, including two queen cabins and one double. Her helm enjoys great visibility and is set up to sail from the cockpit.

All engine gauges, Garmin plotter and sounder are all visible, with Garmin hydraulic auto pilot with spare Ray Marine liner drive back up. Also, full covers are included to
keep you protected from the sun and rain.

Water Dragon is fitted with a Paguro 6000 generator plus 3 x 900w panels of solar. Her GMC VHF radio is new, and she also features a HF radio, Iridium Go for offshore phone and TXT (and apare iridium Go just in case).

The comprehensively equipped galley features a gas stove and oven, fridge and separate deep-chest freezer, as well as cockpit freezer, icemaker and dishwasher. Her comfortable saloon is beautifully lit courtesy of the expansive windows and features a comfortable dining setting.

Water Dragon’s Diamond rigging is just three years old, with mast rigging done in July 2023. She also features a 15hp Yamaha outboard, solar, 3000w Invertor/charger, water generator and wind turbine.
