Rosie Skye is a modern and spacious Fountaine Pajot Helia 44 catamaran, presented in the popular Owner’s version. A credit to her present owners, this 2014 three-cabin vessel has always been privately owned and kept in perfect condition.

Set up for serious offshore cruising with 1300W of solar, satellite phone and watermaker, she is equipped with the upgrade Twin 55 HP Volvo diesel engines delivering an economical cruise speed of 6-7 knots with a max of 10 knots, if required. The vessel can be sailed easily by yourself.

The cockpit has a lovely spacious feeling with saloon sliding windows that open to integrate the saloon and galley into the cockpit area. For the warmer days, sit upstairs in the spectacular open flybridge or laze back on the double sunbed that lets you converse easily with the skipper.

The Maestro version devotes the entire starboard hull to a spacious owner’s stateroom, sealed by a sliding door. Stepping down into the starboard owner’s cabin brings you to a very comfortable space with towering headroom and lit by two large oval portlights and several opening skylights, so ventilation is also excellent, even without air-con. There’s also an aft view, courtesy of a rectangular window over the large island bed, plus an opening porthole for breeze at anchor.

The guest accommodation in the port hull is an equally comfortable area with spacious double beds in each, alongside twin ensuite bathrooms.
