Entry to the Yard is only permitted under these conditions.

The Boat Works is a place of work. You are responsible for your own health and safety. It is essential for your safety that you understand there are risks and abide by these rules. “You” includes those persons under your care and control or who have entered with you.

POTENTIAL RISKS INCLUDE DEATH OR INJURY FROM:

Heavy machinery working in and around the yard
Sharp and heavy objects stored in and around the boats in the yard
Uneven and slippery ground
Ladders and moveable staircases
Tripping & falling hazards from ropes, cables, drums, hoses, tools, and boat parts
Heights – falling while on boats or climbing up or down from boats

RULES YOU MUST AGREE TO FOLLOW:

You are entering the yard at your own risk.
Do not enter the yard or any of the boats on display without a Sales Consultant present
Follow any and all instructions given to you by the Sales Consultant
Children under 16 are not permitted in the Hardstand or on the boats under any circumstances
Do not allow children over 16 to wander away from you
Do not enter the yard if you are affected by drugs or alcohol
Animals are not permitted in the yard
You may be directed to leave the yard at any time and for any reason. You are required to obey our instructions
You must not cause damage to the yard or premises or displays generally
The Yacht Sales Co Pty Ltd, Multihull Solutions Pty Ltd, your Sales Consultant, or any other officer, employee, contractor or associated entity accepts no responsibility for your safety, or any damage to you or your property no matter how it arises while you are in the yard, and you will indemnify us for any such claims or demands made against us in relation to same
