Multihull Solutions enjoyed immediate success since being appointed as representatives in Southern Thailand and Malaysia dealer for Corsair Marine trimarans.
Multihull Solutions has sold a series of Corsair Pulse 600s to the Krabi Sailing and Power Boat Centre and been inundated with further sales enquiries throughout the region.
Multihull Solutions Asia managing director Andrew de Bruin said the addition of Corsair Marine to the company’s stable of represented brands in southern Thailand and Malaysia provided even greater choice for buyers looking for the world’s best multihulls.
“We are now proud to be able to offer an extremely diverse array of multihulls from the most luxurious and high-performance cruising catamarans to the most innovative trailerable trimarans,” Andrew said.
Corsair Marine is one of the world’s leading lightweight composite sailboat builders specialising in trailerable trimarans that range from 20 to 37 feet.
The trimarans are manufactured by hand using high-tech composite construction and vacuum-resin techniques
and have a unique patented folding mechanism that allows them to be easily folded to a width that can be trailered behind a family car or fit a regular marina berth. Once extended to their full width for sailing, Corsair trimarans deliver exceptional sailing performance that is ideal for novices, families, sailing schools, the leisure industry and day racers.
The Corsair range has been designed to cater for every category of sailing enthusiast, with the smallest boat—the new Pulse 600—garnering worldwide acclaim when it was launched earlier this year.
The Sprint 750 MKII is a huge cockpit day sailer that is ideal as a family fun boat and delivers serious speed for racers, while the Dash 750 MKII is an elegant family cruiser that also delivers incredible performances on the racing scene. Launched in 1997, the Corsair 28 is a classic trimaran that continues to be a world favourite and is available in three versions that all afford exhilarating sailing at all points of sail.
The Cruze 970 is equally at home on leisurely cruises or offshore racing in the toughest conditions, and finally, the Corsair 37 rounds out the range as the largest of the shipyard’s trimarans. The C37 is available in two models: Blue Water Cruiser and Carbon Racer, and will impress the most discerning buyers.
