Ocean Voyager has demonstrated its commitment to reduced CO2 emissions and improving green energy solutions with the company planning to install electric motors on its range of catamarans, which are leaders in the world’s day charter industry.
The company recognised that commercial day charter operations are ideally suited to using electric engines as the shorter trips allow for regular onshore recharging.
The green energy solutions are initially being planned for the OPTIMO 40, with the goal of applying electric engines across its entire range in the near future.
