Welcome to the summer edition and final issue of e-News for 2012.
It has been a truly remarkable year for Multihull Solutions with our entire team working around the clock to respond to the unprecedented increase in enquiries and orders.
The year has also been one of strategic growth as, in conjunction with the leading multihull shipyards we represent, revolutionary new models were developed and launched. Consequently, we are proud to be able to offer innovative design across the entire range so our clients can choose from outstanding levels of performance and comfort, with optimal safety a fundamental feature of all models.
Multihull Solutions was thrilled to be recognised for our ongoing commitment to client services and exceptional sales when we were awarded the coveted ‘Fountaine Pajot Worldwide Distributor of the Year’ title for the third consecutive year.
There were plenty of other gongs to celebrate too, with several of the multihulls we exclusively represent winning prestigious awards, including the SAIL magazine ‘2013 Best Boat Award’ which was bestowed upon the NEEL 45 in the 41-50 Cruising Multihull Category, and the Fountaine Pajot Sanya 57 for the Flagship Multihull 51ft+ Category.
New boat sales were at a record high with strong orders placed on Fountaine Pajot, Trawler, Catana, NEEL and Sunreef multihulls. However, our Pre-owned Brokerage division was the big mover in 2012, exceeding all expectations with the amount of enquiries and sales. In a market that is still considered sluggish, this is a clear indication of how multihulls are rapidly being appreciated by boating enthusiasts for their performance, safety and value.
