Hi All,
Hope this finds you all well and not too stressed by recent
unbelievable political events in the US or worrying earth movements in NZ. As we’re about to cross the Atlantic ocean in a small sail boat we contemplate that maybe we may well be in a safer environment than many.
Take care.

Back in Menorca I explain to the local official that we have an engine problem and will leave his “Forbidden Anchorage area” as soon as we can. He’d probably heard this story (lie) many times before and gave us three days grace along with everyone else in the anchorage.

We then took the dinghy into Mahon town for our habitual SIM safari that occurs on arrival in each new country. Mahon turned out to be a nice Spanish port that was hosting the massive cruise ship “The World” which was fortunate as it allowed us to partake in beer and tapas whilst watching dancing horses entertain the ships passengers.
