By BWS Staff The builders of Maine Cat catamarans have built 54 MC 30s and have started work on the 55th. The small, open-bridgedeck cruiser has proven incredibly popular, not the least because it was designed to be as fast as possible while still falling into the shorthanded cruising category. The Maine Cat 41, like the 30- Main Cat 41 footer, has an open bridgedeck with a hard top that can be enclosed with sturdy Eisenglass and canvas enclosures. In all but storm conditions, this system works well and has the added benefit of providing excellent visibility for all on board in a 360-degree radius.
