Shehota is a very well-maintained Schionning 48 Power Catamaran designed and built in Australia for Australian conditions. She is in excellent condition for her age, benefiting from a major refit in 2018, including new engines.

Shehota is the perfect vessel for day trips or overnighters on the Gold Coast Broadwater and Moreton Bay or extended cruising further afield up and down the coast. She’s also perfect for living aboard, with her spacious cockpit and saloon and expansive flybridge offering multiple spaces for relaxing or entertaining.

The clean and bright interior allows plenty of natural light into the saloon where a large, luxurious white sofa is complimented by a dining table off to starboard and a large TV. Split cycle air-conditioning throughout ensures comfort in all seasons.

The fully equipped galley with Corian bench tops contains ample refrigeration and even a separate bar with ice-maker. From the saloon, large doors seamlessly open out onto a spacious, fully covered cockpit with ample seating.

The spacious flybridge boasts comfortable double helm seats, full Raymarine electronics package and plenty of seating for guests. It is the perfect spot to be when underway or at anchor, with sensational 360-degree views.

Shehota cruises comfortably and economically at 17-18 knots with a top speed of 25 knots when required, powered by two Hyundai R200P turbo diesels installed in 2018 with only 600 hours and serviced regularly. Two large engine rooms with great access allow for easy maintenance.

Included is a recently fitted 7kVA genset with only a few hours on it, 1,620 Watts of solar panels, lithium house battery set up and wind generator. The inventory is extremely comprehensive and even includes a washing machine.
