Cruising couple Chris and Margi Mills have just announced a fantastic free service for cruisers. The official Notices to Mariners is now showing on Google Earth and can be viewed here www.noticestomariners.com.
Here is what Chris and Margi say about this new service:
If you’ve never used Google Earth before you will be totally amazed at what it does. And now that Notices to Mariners is on it you can have fun using it AND avoid bumping in to things when you next take your boat out!
We are currently covering S.E. Qld (Noosa down to the Gold Coast) and also North Qld (based around Townsville), with 
several additional “Outside Pilotage” areas as well. We would very much like to extend coverage (including to other States) and it would be a great help to find a couple of volunteers with about 10-15 mins a day to spare. If you happen to know anyone who would be interested please contact us. Full training & support given – they just need a PC.
